Projector Doctor was founded in 1998 specializing in advanced component level repair of projector circuit boards. In 2001 the company expanded into complete projector unit repair and is now annually providing over 7,000 repairs across 800 models and 30 brands. In 2005, the company became one of the largest sources of replacement lamps across 37 brands making it stand alone as the AV industry's leader in "Repairs & Spares". In 2006, the company introduced DSEMO (Digital Signage Equipment Maintenance Outsourcing) by providing (1) repairs for projectors, plasmas and PC's, (2) 3rd party logistics including warehousing, pack/ship and (3) detailed 24/7 status reports supporting 16,000 cinema theaters across the USA. Therefore the basis for "Total Care".

Our Mission is to provide customers the best projector repair experience in the AV industry. We are an employer of choice and therefore enabled by our outstanding employees to be the provider of choice.

Projector Doctor is exclusively a professional service and parts provider and does not sell projectors. We are the only company who can extensively repair projectors at the component level and has the advanced technical staff, knowledge base, processes and IT infrastructure to provide world-class quality and turn around time demanded by commercial customers and manufacturers. This includes the ability to track and report detailed performance results in a manner far superior to any competitor. Costs are kept low and service fast by repairing components versus expensive and slow parts replacement.
