| Once you have a CASE # and your projector is at our facility. You can check the status of your projector repair by following the steps below: |

- Log in to your account.
- Click on the My Account tab.
- Click on the link for See Support Cases.
- You will see all cases issued for your account, find the one you are looking for by number or by model/serial #. Click on View
- If you cannot find the status online, contact Customer Support at (800) 789-9820 Option 1
