Once you have a CASE # and your projector is at our facility. You can check the status of your projector repair by following the steps below:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the My Account tab.
  3. Click on the link for See Support Cases.
  4. You will see all cases issued for your account, find the one you are looking for by number or by model/serial #.  Click on View
  5. If you cannot find the status online, contact Customer Support at (800) 789-9820 Option 1
