Please be advised that if item is opened, Projector Doctor reserves the right to refuse credit and return the item back to the customer.
No returns will be considered / issued after 10 days of purchase
Product must be unopened with its original packaging intact. There must also be an offsetting order placed of equal or greater value, a 10% to 25% restocking fee will apply (depending on vendor or if item was specially ordered)
If product is opened or the original packaging is not intact, Projector Doctor reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 40% of the purchase price (even if offsetting order is placed)
Special order items may not be returned (products that are not part of our regular inventory). If they are eligible for return, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on delivery and return of merchandise.
No Returns will be accepted without an approved RA number. Contact Customer Support by sending an e-mail to service@projectordoctor.com with your name, the order number, part number, description of items, quantity, and the reason for the return. We will reply to your e-mail with a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. All items returned without an RA number will not be processed or credited. Once you have received an RA number, ship all returns with a copy of the original invoice to:

Display the RA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss. |
