If you believe that the product is defective contact Customer Support to obtain a replacement and a Return Authorization (RA). No Returns will be accepted without an approved RA number.
Please note the defective product must be sent back to us within 10 days with all the original packaging material.
Warranty on OEM Lamps is 90 days or 500 hours, whichever comes first. Warranty on Cobalt Branded Lamps is 120 days or 500 hours, whichever comes first. Products returned as defective will be tested upon receipt to confirm the defect. Once confirmed a replacement product will be shipped. An advanced exchange can be arranged. You will be charged for the replacement product and you will receive credit when the defective product is received and confirmed to be defective.
If the product is tested and confirmed to be in proper working order, Projector Doctor reserves the right to return it to you.
E-mail to service@projectordoctor.com with your name, the order number, part number, description of items, quantity, and the reason for the return. We will reply to your e-mail with a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. All items returned without an RA number will not be processed or credited. Once you have received an RA number, ship all returns with a copy of the original invoice to:

You must include all packaging materials. Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged. Any programming must be reset back to factory default. Display the RA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss. |
