ALL sales are final unless items are defective. In this case a replacement will be issued.
If an exception is granted for a return, up to 40% restock fee may apply
No exceptions are granted on the sale of Service Parts to ASC's - All those sales are final.
Lamp's warranty is as follows:
OEM Lamps have 90 days or 500 hours, whichever comes first
Cobalt Lamps 120 days or 500 hours, whichever comes first
